William & Kemily’s story began back in December 2015 at a local church in Brisbane.

At the time, Kemily’s kindness and friendly nature caught William’s attention - although, according to William, he “didn’t bother too much at that time” 😂. Not long after, their church team leader asked William if he could help pick Kemily up on the way to church each Sunday whilst she was still getting her licence.

What started as simple Sunday drives slowly turned into something much more meaningful.

One evening after a late shift, Kemily found herself stranded without a way home and called William to see if he could help. Of course, he did. From there, the two grew closer and closer, spending countless nights together at their favourite skewer spot, Bird’s Nest in West End, sharing late-night snacks and getting to know one another.

On the 1st of June 2016, their journey officially began.

Fast forward to the 30th of October 2022 - also William’s birthday - the couple travelled to Sydney for a special celebration, where William proposed. Whilst life and the post-pandemic season encouraged them to pause wedding planning for a little while, one thing never changed: the life they were building together.

Today, William & Kemily spend their time exploring new restaurants, cooking together, tending to Kemily’s garden projects, building Lego creations, and admiring William’s beloved car collection. Their dream wedding reflects exactly who they are as a couple - warm, romantic, flower-filled, and centred around the people they love most.

Surrounded by gardens, family, laughter, and hopefully their beloved fur baby Bao Bao behaving for at least part of the day 😂, they cannot wait to celebrate this next chapter together as husband and wife.
